با ما تماس بگیریدHowever in the US (and likely the UK) Cyanide sets off alarms with environmental agencies and the Ferrocyanides do not, for that simple reason a distinction has value here. I know the metal finishing forums have discussed cyanide solutions for years. Refining, as does any chemical process, requires some responsibility to be taken …

Hello All! I'm willing to make a test on gold ore size less than 400 mesh, I read a lot about potassium cyanide, and I'm sure that it has higher gold recovery rate than sodium cyanide with less process time. Cyanide in general need oxygen to dissolve gold, so that in gold heap/VAT leaching...
As stated earlier in this post, there may be other "stump out" products made by companies other than Bonide. These other "stump out" products could contain other chemicals that are not suitable for refining gold. To be safe, before you buy the stump out, ask the store to provide you with a copy of the MSDS to verify that it is sodium …

Here's a pinch of unwashed but dried precipitant I got from my first attempt using sodium bisulfite. Does it appear to be the right color and appearance? Under 40X magnification one can see it is entirely round yellow beads with a non-metallic appearance. The white flecks are salt crystals from...
not sure if you mis-spelled sodium Bisulfite or you meant to type disulfite (which im not sure, well im pretty sure thats not even a compound) . sodium bisulfite will work to precipitate gold. sodium metabisulfite is recommended because it was very easy to source not so long ago. you could buy it at the grocery store and where ever canning ...

hi, first u must know the greater contents such as silver, gold, platinum or paladium in your dust.according to this u consider the process.if your dust contains silver metals then you treat it with nitric acid first, then with aqua regia.for other metals aqua regia mehod is suitable .after aqua regia you carry cyanide process for silver and few quanity …
We have a gold cyanide solution of 28 liters. We removed gold from gold plated connectors. We used 475 grams of commercial grade sodium cyanide and 5 liters of hydrogen peroxide of 36%. This solution contains 100 grams of gold & around 5 grams of iron. Can sodium cyanide and hydrogen peroxide...
Sodium thiosulfate, can be made boiling sodium sulfite Na2SO3 and sulfur together, Na2S2O3 sodium thiosulfate is used in photography to dissolve unreacted silver halide from film. Sodium thiosulfate is also used to leach gold and silver from ores. Usually as ammonium thiosulfate and copper sulfate basic PH.
A process called "Cyanide Leaching" or Cyanidation has been the dominant gold extraction technology since the 1970s. Cyanide, in the form of a dilute sodium cyanide solution, is …
This can also occur when the Metal species in solution are of a negative potential, such as in Cyanide or other similar pathways. Reply. B. butcher In Remembrance, Nov. 2023 ... Now you stated in your example that the refiner has chosen to precipitate gold first using sodium bisulfite, where here he has made a choice to …
Are you sure you have silver cyanide or do you have sodium silver cyanide or potassium silver cyanide. The last 2 are commonly used in plating baths and will dissolve in water and then it can be zinced out.. Silver cyanide is also used in plating but is not as common. Silver cyanide is soluble in NaCN or KCN, ammonia, or sodium …

Steve has provided you with good information, but I'd like to address one comment you made----the use of nitric to remove contaminants. This is a very heated point of objection with me---one that will cause you more trouble than you may realize, and here's why: When you introduce nitric to the precipitated gold, the residual chlorides will …

Anybody with experience or thorough testing of various precipitating agents that could help me determine best gold precipitation methods or agents? I have heard SMB is very good, but I've also heard about various other such as FeSO4, Na2S, Ascorbic acid, Zinc, SO2 gas, Activated Carbon. These...

There are other "sulfites" that will precipitate also.A few years ago I couldn't get sodium metabisulfite fast enough for a process,so I used an off the shelf product that contained sodium pyrosulfite. The resultant powder was dirtier than usual due to the other contaminents in the product, but none-the-less it worked.

OK - recently there has been a fair amount of discussion about cyanide leaching & the various methods of recovery of the gold from the leach solutions What has not really been discussed - at least not discussed in any detail is the destruction of the cyanide for safe disposal As a result of more recent open discussions of working with …
I want to repeat a fact of wisdom I once heard " Acknowledging Your Ignorance Is The First Step To Gaining Knowledge" In gold, mining reduction works that use Cyanide Leaching, the gold-rich solution is first De-Aired before Zinc powder is added to reduce the gold from leachate.
I've never used sodium bisulfite. I have used sodium metabisulfite. My preference is sodium sulfite. They all smell badly of sulfur dioxide in use, but the sodium sulfite seems to smell the least . This may be a subjective judgment, though. I started out with sodium sulfite and learned how to use it. I get consistently pure gold from it.
